The lead booker must be an adult. Here, the lead booker is agreeing to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the JORDAN TRAVEL COMPANY, LLC trip (hereafter trip). The lead booker must also be responsible as the legal guardian or parent of minors (those under 18 years of age) in your party. In consideration of the services of Jordan Travel Company, LLC, an Idaho Limited Liability Company, hereafter referred to as “we”, “our” or “us” in allowing you and your party members to participate in the trip, you and party members agree to the following:
1. BOOKING: You are considered booked on your trip once we receive your Booking Request Form, deposit and we have sent to you the final booking confirmation.
2. PAYMENTS: Your trip payments must be made in invoiced currency. Your Booking Request Form must be accompanied by a 20 % deposit if your request is 61 days or greater from your trip start date. Full payment must accompany Booking Request Form if received 60 days or less of your start date. If the 20 % deposit was accepted, the remaining 80 % is due 60 days from your start date. If full payment is not received in the time frame described above, we will retain your deposit.
3. TRIP CHANGES: Once you have received our booking confirmation, the trip itinerary cannot be changed.
4. DISMISSAL: We reserve the right to dismiss any party member from the trip if we, in our sole discretion, believe a party member presents a safety or medical risk or is disruptive. There are no refunds for dismissed members. If a member arrives late, leaves early (for any reason), does not complete the trip, there are no refunds.
5. FULL REFUNDS: If we have to cancel a trip because of environmental, political and/or social unrest or an Act of God issue, we will provide a full refund. In these situations, we are not responsible for any costs or damages incurred by members such as (but limited to) non-refundable airline tickets, change fees, etc.
6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: At any time, a member may be replaced with a substitution with written notice to us before the start date of your trip. Without substitution, the following cancellation refund amounts apply:
A. More than 60 days before trip start date, we will refund all payments less your deposit;
B. Between 60 days and 30 days of start date, we will refund 70 % of all payments;
C. Between 30 days and 15 days of your start date, we will refund 50 % of all payments;
D. 14 days or less of your start date, there will be no refund.
7. INSURANCE: All members must have medical insurance to participate in this trip. Further, we highly recommend travel insurance. All trip members should review their medical insurance to assure adequate protection during the trip. We take no responsibility to provide medical or travel insurance or medical care, evacuation to the trip members.
8. HEALTH: All minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent. All members must be in reasonably good health. If you have questions regarding your ability on this trip, please contact us. If you have special requests beyond the scope of this trip, please submit the request in writing at the time you submit the BOOKING REQUEST FORM. This request must be in writing.
9. PROBLEMS OCCURING DURING TRIP: If you experience any problems during your trip, please notify the provider immediately at the location. Also, please submit a summary of the problem to us within 30 days if your problem is not satisfactorily resolved.
10. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: If you are travelling outside of your country for this trip, we highly recommend that you consult with appropriate authorities to assure you have all passport and visa documentation and other immigration or travel requirements necessary to make this trip. We are not responsible for the procurement of any travel documents. No refunds will be provided for members who have to cancel the trip because of lack of necessary travel documents.
11. PRIVACY STATEMENT: All payment transactions are encrypted. We do not sell or share any of your information with any other entity.
12. PROPRTY DAMAGE: We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen property belonging to the trip members. The member may be responsible for the damage or loss of property or equipment belonging to providers and suppliers.
13. EQUAL OPPORTUNITY: We do not discriminate on the basis of ethnic origin, sexual orientation, race, creed, color, gender, religion, national origin, disability or age.
14. APPLICABLE LAW: The member agrees that Idaho substantive law governs this agreement. You also agree that any legal proceedings must be filed in the sate court of Ada county, Idaho. You also agree to first attempt to settle any unresolved dispute through mediation before a mutually acceptable Idaho mediator.
The terms and conditions above are legally binding upon you and other members of the trip.
